How to Use Microsoft Excel

 

Microsoft is one of the populous spreadsheet software. Even though other online software has been developed to do the same tasks, Microsoft excel remains populous. It can, however, appear intimidating when you launch the software for the first time. You don't know where to start from to complete any task. You might need some help to get you moving. Fortunately, there are free online courses that you can follow. These instructions are step by step meant for a beginner.

 

It is important first to learn the elements of the Microsoft Excel. They include cell and active cell; add sheet icon, column letters, and row numbers.  Others include the status bar, formula bar, name box, ribbon and ribbon tabs, file tab.
